What we collect
When you create a card we store the sender name, recipient name, message, delivery choice, and — if you provide them — the recipient's email (for delivery) and your email (for the payment receipt). Voice notes are stored as audio files. Payment details are handled entirely by Polar.sh; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Solely to create, deliver, and support your card: sending the email, serving the private view link, generating receipts, and investigating delivery issues. We do not sell your data or the content of your messages.
Sharing & processors
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Polar.sh (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting, database, and file storage).
View links & retention
Shareable links are unlisted but not password-protected — anyone with the link can view the card. Cards and voice notes may be deleted after an extended period of inactivity or upon verified deletion request.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your card data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
