Terms of Service

1. The service
RoseNote ("we", "us") lets you create and send digital rose cards with a personal message and optional voice note. Cards are delivered by email or through a private shareable link.
2. Purchases
Each card is a one-time purchase processed by Polar.sh. The price shown at checkout is the final price. By completing payment you receive a limited, non-transferable license to create and share one (1) digital card for personal use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RoseNote to send harassing, unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, or to upload audio you do not have the right to share. We may suspend delivery of cards that violate these terms.
4. Content you submit
You retain ownership of your messages and voice notes. You grant us the hosting rights needed to store and deliver them to your chosen recipient. Cards may be deleted after an extended period of inactivity.
5. Refunds
Because each card is delivered digitally, sales are generally final. If delivery fails due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will re-deliver or refund your purchase.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
